This fabric line is a heartfelt tribute to the brave veterans who have served this country. A bold combination of red, white, and blue patterns weaves together a powerful design, with the iconic stars and stripes reimagined in a variety of patterns. The reds flow across the fabric in a rhythmic pattern, symbolizing the unbreakable spirit of freedom, while the blue adds a sense of solemn pride and reverence. Some areas are adorned with clusters of stars, scattered like constellations across the fabric, shining as a reminder of the courage and resilience that define our nation. The fabric celebrates both the rich history and the continued dedication of those who have served, blending tradition with a modern, respectful twist.

British Interiors brand Sanderson presents a collection of its most quintessential florals, in the Art of the Garden. With a sense of nostalgia, charm, and history, wander through this collection as if stepping into an English Garden on a heady summer's day. Find effervescent British roses, swaying Hollyhocks, paradisiacal birds with outstretched wings on branches, through to more stylised celebrations of a garden's flora. Imbued with delicate pale pinks to warmer magentas, this collection revels in colour, balanced with fresh variations of leafy greens that perfectly celebrate quintessential English heritage design.

The Bedford Park collection from Morris & Co. in collaboration with FreeSpirit brings together William Morris’s inner circle of creative talents, heroes of British design, and their work in radical colour. Iconic designs such as Golden Lily, Strawberry Thief, and Marigold look glorious in teal green and heady shades of blush pink. In contrast, designs new to this collection, such as The Savaric and Monkshood, reveal hidden design treasures and new heritage stories. Campanula, a pattern of great complexity, bursts with radical colour combinations while Yew & Aril provides a beautiful coordinating fabric. Combining the whimsical with the untamed this is a colour-rich Morris & Co., collection as you've never seen it before.

My collection, Blostma and Song, draws profound inspiration from the delicate beauty of peonies and the vibrant spirit of budgie birds. Peonies, with their lush petals and rich colours, embody both fragility and resilience, reminding us of the transient nature of beauty. In contrast, budgies, with their lively personalities and striking hues, symbolize joy and freedom, inviting a sense of playfulness into our lives. Through this collection, I strive to capture the essence of these two elements, intertwining the softness of floral forms with the dynamic energy of avian life. This duality inspires me to create pieces that evoke emotional resonance, inviting viewers to reflect on the beauty of the natural world and its ability to uplift and inspire.

As a professional artist, designer and colourist, making art makes me feel alive. It comes from a deep need to create that has been with me as long as I can remember - colour is my jam! I love all of them: colour harmonies, cool blues and greens, as well as warm reds and browns. Bright strong colours along with punchy pinks are amongst my favourites to add joy and energy to paintings and designs. The Colori collection is the result of experimentation with a wide selection of patterns, textures, mark-making, and paint techniques. Bright colours and playful forms such as stars, blossoms, hoops and ribbons are arranged in playful ways. Organic and geometric shapes create fresh rhythmic patterns with a kaleidoscopic appearance. Together with these bold and bright designs, the Colori collection also includes fabrics printed with my recognizable bird, floral and organic plant motifs.

The collection COUNTER celebrates the space in and around letterforms: open or closed, narrow or wide. In typography, a counter is the actual area of a letter entirely or partially enclosed by a letterform or symbol. Imagine the 'hole' in the middle of a beautiful O or the half-circle area at the top of a lowercase e. What is that area, other than a necessary part of the whole; not empty or negative, but blank and full of possibility? The collection of letterpress prints that began the idea for COUNTER was made during a two week residency at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in 2024. Hamilton houses 1.5 million pieces of wood type and is the only museum dedicated to the preservation, study, production, and printing of wood type. At Hamilton, I concentrated on printing some of the larger, billboard-sized wooden letterforms in the collection (some more than 3 feet tall). It was such a dream to have the time and opportunity to print with their historic type collection to make art that celebrates the beauty of this strange, wonderful grouping of shapes we call an alphabet. COUNTER follows in the footsteps of my past collections GLYPHS, ROOT, and RAVEL, which experiment and examine aspects of the written word.

My favorite time of day is Daybreak, when the inky night begins to fade away and early morning light appears. The world transforms into mysterious hues of lavenders and dusky blues, and then slowly into soft seashell pinks and warm corals. I love that there is so much hopeful energy ahead of the rising sun! Those beautiful monochromatic early morning hours are unique ... your eyes focus mostly on lines and layers, shadows and glimmers of light, all the while seeking patterns of familiarity. The saturated palette of Daybreak is a fresh departure from the more muted coastal colors that often grace my designs ... yet, as always, there remains a consistent, watercolor inspired fluidity to my designs and a desire to honor a moment in time, however brief. In Daybreak, I feel I have captured the essence of hope and renewal which begins each day with the return of the light.

Dragonfly Dance was inspired by the simple joy of sunny afternoons in a garden, where dragonflies dart and dance gracefully among fields of wildflowers. I wanted to capture the playful, uplifting spirit of those moments through vibrant, cheerful designs. This collection includes nine patterns in a dazzling array of colors - red, blue, pink, lime green, yellow, turquoise, orange, and teal - reflecting the vivid beauty of nature. Each design began as a handpainted, collaged acrylic mixed media painting, brought to life with care and creativity. It brings me so much joy to share Dragonfly Dance with you, and I can't wait to see the imaginative and beautiful quilts that talented creators, like you, will bring to life with these fabrics. This collection celebrates color, movement, and happiness. I hope it inspires you as much as it inspired me.

For years, the lyrics from Gordon Lightfoot's "If You Could Read My Mind" have danced in my head. The verse where he sings about a paperback novel from a drugstore has always called to mind a vivid tale of a tragic love story. A decrepit gothic castle overlooking a wave battered cliffside; candles barely illuminating threadbare, velvet covered furniture; dark corners of peeling wallpaper enlaced with years of mangled, drooping cobwebs. In the walls of this crumbling manor, a love story unfolds. Enrapture, my first collection for FreeSpirit, sets the stage for this romance. Inspired by bodice ripper paperback novels, the lilting florals and alluring geometrics of this collection tell a story of love won. And perhaps love lost...

The Festival collection invites us to a place of festivity and fun, where a wind of fantasy blows! Flowery hot-air balloons, colourful swallows, lanterns and rosettes encourage us all to be cheerful and light-hearted. For this collection, I've come up with a series of generous patchworks that will add a welcoming, sparkling atmosphere to our homes. These are patchworks to take to picnics, festivals or just to get away from it all...

Nature's elegance and the intricate geometry of plants have always been a source of inspiration for me. Flourish and Bloom celebrates the nurturing power of gardens-their ability to thrive, transform, and burst into life. Through my signature "Clay to Cloth" process, I translate the essence of nature into tactile art. By drawing and imprinting motifs into soft clay, layering it with tinted slips and glazes, I create a foundation that blossoms into dynamic, expressive textiles. This collection is a vibrant tribute to the rhythms and abundance of the natural world.

Ephemeral, parasitic, delicious or deadly? Mushrooms are a fascinating subject. Years ago, I foraged for the wonderful morels here in the Midwest. I waited until mid-April for a good rain to head to the woods. Thinking I might branch out to other varieties, I took a mushroom identification class and quickly learned that most had look-a-likes that were definitely inedible. I now hunt farmers markets and source cultivated varieties in grocery stores only. FORAGE is a collection ranging from the wild, poisonous toadstools to the delicious morels and more.

My collection is based on my immediate surroundings. I am lucky to live in a house that looks down towards the sea, with woodlands behind. We get to see the ocean birds with the gulls flying over us but also the woodland birds, like woodpeckers that come to the garden. My studio looks out onto trees, and when I am at my desk it is lovely to take a moment to enjoy the wild birds that come to visit.

Graywork is a follow up to my black and white collection titled "Linework" from 2020. This is a neutral collection designed in various shades of gray to fill the spaces between the rainbows. Graywork began as a collection of all gray prints and slowly blossomed to include touches of color to spice things up. I find it impossible to leave something completely void of color. For the main prints of the collection I focused on animals that live their lives in shades of gray; Wolves, Bears, Snow Leopards, Puffins and Sea Lions. These eight prints are big and illustrative, packed with details designed for fussy cutting as the stars of the show. The coordinating prints are variations on existing True Colors prints with some new pieces for texture. These might be the back-up dancers to the hero prints, but they are essential to connecting the prints and filling in the gradient or grays. The multi-colored Stripe is back on both a soft gray and a charcoal gray ground, and the Poms have been added to the party in a new rainbow version to coordinate with the stripes! You will find new medium and dark shades of Fairy Dust sprinkled in amongst the classic tonal grays for backgrounds and blending. The last thing that I felt this collection really needed was something that could act like a solid which came in the form of new Tiny Dots and a brand new print of tonal repeating triangles called Kinda Shady. While packed with artistic details this collection is designed, first and foremost, to be useful. Leave it be or add in my other collections for maximum versatility.

America's fabric is stitched together with stories of great deeds and tough times. From pioneering innovations in the arts and sciences, to monumental strides in civil rights and social justice, our nation's history is rich with moments worth celebrating. Yet, it's not solely our stories, innovations, or freedoms that define our spirit. It's the simple, down-home stuff, too. Like those Fourth of July picnics where everyone brings their best dish, the red, white, and blue £.reworks that light up the sky, and the comfort of delicious homemade cherry pie. These are just some of the little things that give us a sense of genuine American identity. As we gear up for America's 250th Birthday bash, let us celebrate not just the monumental achievements, but also these everyday traditions that remind us who we are. Here's to celebrating all that is America, with a hot-dog in one hand, a hamburger in the other, and a slice of that sweet cherry pie for dessert. Happy Birthday, America!

In Full Bloom is a collection inspired by the lightness and joy of an early summer garden. Hummingbirds flit among a scatter of wildflowers and tea roses in prints that offer a whimsical, ephemeral interpretation of chintz. Each design was hand-painted, with layered brushstrokes that bring a rich depth of color, evoking the essence of the artist's murals.

The title sums it up! This beautiful new collection began with the idea of fabric in movement - a shimmering, silky paisley scarf, the twirling ribbons in a Spanish dance, rich embroideries on a Portuguese shawl. These designs evoke the atmosphere of an alfresco life, bringing colour and dynamism to our fabrics as the breeze moves through sunny gardens and holiday celebrations with a wealth of patina and pattern. From the richly decorative full paisley panel, Festival, to the flashing colours of Zest and the rich jewel dots of Charm, this collection is the epitome of joyfulness on fabric.

I love women with big hair and flowers, so this new collection is a wonderful mixture of both of those things. It's playful, fun and whimsical with some hidden meanings. Color Riot is meant to be an inclusive design symbolizing togetherness and freedom. The flowerful hair was something I made in my sketchbook and then developed a little further into these joyful floral-headed creatures. They all live together in this beautiful, striped and dotted landscape.

I often say that it is all about the details and that the smallest detail makes the biggest difference. But I also say that more is more and, as a result, the details often get lost in the layers. For Stamped, my newest collection, I stripped back the layers to make the details the star of the show. Each of the nine designs highlight individual elements, be they words, lines, shapes, or patterns. Eight of the designs are in shades of taupe on an ivory background. And who doesn’t like a surprise -- the ninth design will bring a carnival of color to your makes. Perfect low volume prints to use as backgrounds and blenders.

I've lived in London since 1995. It's one of the greenest cities in the world. There is a constant buzz of life. Wherever you turn you'll find a tree-lined street, plants bursting from a front garden, or flowers spilling out of a hanging basket outside a pub, forever changing and growing towards the light. There are many little well-maintained parks and squares as well as wilder fields and forests. The air smells of bloom, of dirt and life.
