Stacy Peterson

Stacy Peterson is an artist whose fun, effervescent style takes you on a journey through the wonder of childhood filled with whimsical characters, charming girls and delightful patterns. With a strong background in design, Stacy’s work playfully interprets nostalgic childhood themes in a fresh, modern way. Her palette ranges from pretty pastels to colors as vivid as one’s imagination. With over ten years of experience and a proven record of sales, Stacy’s cheerful style has had repeated success in the youth, tween and women’s category.

Stacy began illustrating part time while working as an art director in a New York City advertising agency shortly after her first child was born. Finding success, she began illustrating full time and since then has illustrated dozens of books, greeting cards and products. Her artwork helped launch the immensely popular American Girl tween craft line for Michael’s and she illustrated “The English Roses: Too Good To Be True” for Madonna and Callaway Arts. She became involved in Licensing in 2010 and promptly signed up with Publications International, ltd.

Stacy calls the beautiful Texas Hill Country home, where she lives with her two children.  There, along a winding creek dancing with fireflies, she finds inspiration for her collections.
