When in between jobs and looking for a way to keep my hands busy in 2009 I discovered quilting blogs, Etsy, and designer fabric - Anna Maria Horner was one of my first loves. I decided to give quilting a try and soon enough, I was obsessed. Almost 15 years later, I have made countless quilts, bags, pillow covers, and girls' dresses (for my six nieces!). I love finding a use for every single scrap of fabric and English Paper Piecing projects that can be done on the go.
Sewing is my sanity and what keeps me grounded in this wild and beautiful life. When I am not sewing, you can find me cheering on my two boys in a cross-country meet, soccer match, or baseball game, alongside my middle school sweetheart whom I’ve been married to for 23 years.
